Giveaway Details

The giveaway promo window will be from October 24 to November 6. This will be the same time that the page is live for anyone to grab onto their expert gifts! Your e-mails must go out during the giveaway window.

Our audience will opt in to a page where all the gifts will be the delivered. They can click an access button that will bring them to YOUR OPT IN PAGE. We are not responsible for creating your opt in pages, tracking or opt in process. Please make sure you check your links and the entire delivery process to ensure no one is missing out on your high value gift!

You are also invited to include a raffle prize. Your raffle prize will increase the perceived value of your gift, which will attract more opt-ins. Is offering a raffle prize required? No. But will it work in your favor? You tell me! 😉 

NOTE: While the event is live, no upsells to paid programs are allowed! We highly encourage you to nurture them into your list before making an offer. Let’s create integrity as collaborators.

Giveaway Participation Requirements

Contributor Fee

Please be aware that you will have to submit $197 USD to participate in this giveaway. Your spot is not secured unless you pay the fee AND submit your application. However, we reserve the right to reject your application. Should that happen, we will contact you and see how we can work out your offer so you can participate. But if we are unable to reach a conclusion, we will refund your application fee.

Promotional Requirements

You agree to send 3 promotional emails for the giveaway between October 24 – November 6, unless otherwise discussed. All promotional copy will be provided to you including a tracking link to ensure a smooth process.

Our team will be monitoring all promotions. Please note that if you do not fulfill your promotional commitments that you make on your application form, we reserve the right to remove you from the giveaway without notice or refund.

Your responsibilities

Submit a high-value giveaway gift
Do not give a gift that is usually offered for free on your website. We would love to create a buzz about having high-quality gifts for this giveaway.

A good measure is to submit a gift that you are comfortable with VALUING at $197 or higher. It doesn’t have to be a $197 offer, but the value.

Submit your application fee ASAP

As soon as you submit the contributor fee, you will receive an e-mail with a link to submit the application process. This will help us get to know you and the gifts that you are submitting. It should not take you more than 15 minutes to submit the application process. 

Create an opt-in page

Create a page that best describes the benefits of why the audience should opt-in for your prize. Your opt-in page will be a way for you to capture your leads. Have this ready by no later than October 11, 2022.

E-mail your list + Post on Social Media

As mentioned previously, please keep to your agreement of sending the promotional copy during the giveaway window. Do note that the page will be closed out on November 6, 11:59pm PDT. So no e-mails after then!

Submitting a raffle prize? Read this!

If you choose to submit a raffle prize, more people will opt in. Especially when it’s high value. Win-win!

Your responsibilities:

• Choose a raffle winner — We’re not required to pick one for you. You can choose a raffle winner to be a part of your program by November 7, 2022. 
• Notify us of your chosen winner — No later than November 8, 2022. You have 4 days to contact your winner AND notify us of your chosen winner.
