Min 1-2 years experience working in social media and/or marketing, and it’s a bonus if you have experience working in an online business.

Social Media Marketing Assistant Job Responsibilities:
Metrics & Process Improvements — As a full-time position, the ideal candidate for this role will be fully dedicated to driving results and consistently improving upon weekly key performance indicators (aka KPIs or metrics). It is your responsibility to seek opportunities to improve our social media marketing processes, optimize existing and new strategies, and leverage social media to increase engagement, spread brand awareness, build relationships, and generate new clients.
Instagram Management — You will be fully responsible for managing ALL aspects of Instagram and posting relevant content, responding to DMs to build relationships, identify clients, curate Instagram stories, and consistently grow our Instagram audience and engagement. Full creative direction to create content that aligns with our brand and core values. You will consistently engage with other accounts, interact in DMs, and support all new followers with the proper resources.
Facebook Group Management — Our FB group is an essential component of building relationships, creating launch experiences, answering questions, and being a first point of contact. We have Facebook Groups specific to members in our programs as well as FB groups that we use for free launch experiences to deliver trainings and value. You will be fully responsible for ensuring all groups run seamlessly and are up-to-date (creating FB group banners with relevant information, letting new people into the groups w/ proper screening, posting updates, creating contests, updating the schedules, communicating with coaches, sharing announcements, tagging group members, and anything related to managing the group and creating the best experience for the group members [and future members]).
Content Repurposing & Content Creation — Taking initiative to repurpose content from existing trainings, FB Lives, launches, etc. is a large component of this role. We have a plethora of content available, and it’s up to you to curate, schedule, and deliver stellar content via our social media channels. Additionally, this role is responsible for learning new social media trends and creating content that aligns with these trends.
Lead Generation — Our social media channels are the primary outlets that potential customers hang out. This role will be responsible for working closely with the sales team to foster relationships, open dialogue, identify warm leads, and generate sales calls through DMs and social media outreach.
General Marketing Tasks — In addition to social media management and lead generation, this role will be responsible for marketing initiatives, implementing social media marketing strategies, and being a key component of our marketing launches.
Trainings & Application — You will be responsible for completing various trainings related to social media marketing and sales conversations. This role requires a growth mentality and a desire to continually improve. It’s imperative that you are always finding new ways to improve your skillset, apply what you’ve learned, and seek new ways to expand your knowledge and experience.
