This is How You Create Loyal Fans

This is it, your key to success as a business owner:

Make your business about relationships.

I know, I know, you wanted the key to be shinier, brighter, and more magical. I know l did when a mentor of mine first shared this insight with me.

But then it started to sink in…

To grow a successful coaching business, you get to deeply consider your people first. That’s the only way they will buy from you… because it’s the only way you can offer something your people want to buy.

And when you provide something of value that your people benefit from, you start building a raving fan base of loyal, repeat buyers. (Sounds great, right?)

That sounds too easy. How do I figure out what they want, Christina?!

I’m glad you asked!

When I was in the beginning stages of my business, I was working with a lot of 1-1 clients. With so much 1-1 work, I was definitely dealing with some business highs and lows. I had some good months, some not so good months, some exhausting months… but I was loving it.

I really wanted to scale my business so I could get stability for myself, my family, and my people… but I didn’t let my desire for more take away from the opportunity I had.

I was getting to know my people.

I was all in for them.

And I was enjoying it.

I made my business about relationships, so I was talking with my people, asking questions, and getting to know their goals.

I was also getting to hear about their problems.

I was uncovering what obstacles they were facing right then and there. I was listening to what challenges were actively holding them back.

And I was providing solutions for them.

See, when you truly listen to your people and generously care for them (when you build relationships!) you uncover what their setbacks, needs, and goals are…

Which means you get to create a solution for them that actually helps.

You get to create the transformation they want.

You get to build the path from where they are now, to where they want to go.

If you want to build a business with a loyal fan base that comes back to your program again and again (and that tells their friends about you)…

Make it about relationships.

Make it about your people.

Make it about creating something better for them.

I promise you, this is the best way to learn who your people are, find out what they need, and position your offer so it helps them… and they want it.

It’s the key to success.

And if you want a step-by-step process for building a raving fan base that’s eager to hear from you, engage with you, and buy from you, then stay tuned.

I’m putting together something special right now and will be announcing soon!
