How you Create Real Wealth

I always knew it was possible to make 6-7 figures as a business owner…

But I didn’t really know it was possible until I saw it with my own eyes. (Sometimes it’s hard to believe it til you see it, ya know?)

When I was 19, my first big-girl job was as an administrative assistant at a financial firm. My main responsibility was to prepare our client’s financial statements.

I was a curious teenager, so the very first time I printed a client’s documents, I couldn’t help it…

I took a peek.

And my mind was instantly blown.

There were more zeroes lined up on that statement than I’d ever seen in my life.

I remember having to force my dropped jaw closed.

People actually make that much money?!

Apparently, they do!

And I was able to interact with these people every day through my job.

A couple of huge things opened up for me that day…

Number one, I knew without a doubt how much money was possible. It was real. And I’d practically held it in my hands.

Number two… I became obsessed with learning how wealthy people operate.

I wanted to know how they think, how they move through the world, and how they make decisions.

I wanted to duplicate what they had behind the scenes…

So I could duplicate their results.

Here’s what I discovered:

Wealth follows the people who can handle it…

… it doesn’t follow burnt out, stressed out leaders.

Now nearly a decade into owning my own 7-figure business, this is such a good reminder.

You may love the grind of your business, but working harder and harder doesn’t lead to wealth.

You may love your clients and your 1-1 coaching sessions, but filling your day with more tasks and to-dos doesn’t lead you to financial freedom.

You may love creating transformation for your people, but spreading yourself too thin never invites real wealth.

It’s wonderful that you love what you do…

But if you’re stressed, burnt out, and always draining yourself…

Wealth doesn’t come.

This is how you become a person who can handle wealth… so wealth comes to you…

Make quick decisions.

If you tend to overthink and delay decisions… practice making decisions quickly and with confidence. All successful CEOs know that delaying decisions only hinders their success.

Have a wealth plan.

If you’re hitting a wall in your revenue, check if you’re reacting to financial situations… or if you’re following a financial plan.

Wealthy people get a plan in place and are always working towards their financial goals.

Detach your emotions from money.

Broke people are emotional around money – maybe they fear it, love it, or feel somewhere in between. Wealthy people see money as a tool to achieve their goals.

Remember…

It’s not about working harder, spreading yourself thin, or burning yourself out.

It’s about becoming the person who can handle the wealth.

It’d make my day if you replied and let me know…

In what way are you a person who can handle money… and where do you get to grow?
